HYX mold was founded in 1998 and occupies 20,000 square metres in Shenzhen, China. We are a custom injection molding company that specializes in the manufacturing of precision plastic injection moulds and injection processing of plastic components and parts for the domestic appliance, office supplies and electronics industries as well as for automotive industry, communications and commodities.

Quality is the cornerstone of our business development. HYX has strong design team together with experienced moldmakers and knowledgeable custom  injection molding specialists. Manufacture is in strict accordance to ISO9001 aided by advanced CAD/CAM and CAE software.

We have the current capacity to design and produce 300 sets of moulds a year and have ample new Product Development experience.

Throught assessing contract, we change customer’s requirement into moulding standard and carry out it effectively during mould making. Reviewing our suppliers every 3 months to make sure all raw material meeting production need stably. Establishing process inspection for every process, let every worker inspect product quality by themselves, then inspect for each other as second. Measuring parts dimension, accuracy, surface finish by precice measurement equipment in order to meet precision custom injection molding and moulds specification.
